1. Support Type: Choose how you want to offer a chance to redemption for those with blocked IP addresses. This dropdown will allow you to switch between internal page or external link, hence the availability of the next option.
2. Support Page Link: Chose a page or fill in a preferred link for external access.
3. Temporary Access Timeframe (minutes): Choose for how long a baned IP can access support page within 24 hours.
4. Blocked IP Access Page: Choose a page where banned IPs can view a message that redirects them to the support page.
5. Expired Timeframe Message: Customize the message you want to display to banned IPs.
6. Support Timeframe Message: Customize the message you want to display during the support access timeframe.

Reset Section Settings using the checkbox and Save Changes button in order to remove database entries.
