AWWO^® (Advertise What We Offer) is a brand of CITIPRO WORLD LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15280959, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZC147064.

In these terms "we" and "us" mean CITIPRO WORLD LTD, and "you" means the person or business that uses an AWWO^® product.

You accept these terms, together with the license of each product you use, when you create your awwo.space account, and again each time you install, activate or update an AWWO^® product.

Every AWWO^® product is licensed to you, never sold, and every right these terms do not give you stays with us.

Your Digital Signature identifies your awwo.space account to our servers, it is unique to you, and it stays the same for as long as your account exists.

Keep it private, because whoever holds it together with your username can take seats on your account, and you are responsible for every seat taken with it.

To deliver seats and updates, our servers receive from each install or site its domain, the version it runs, when it last checked in and its server's IP address, which we keep encrypted for 90 days.

We receive nothing about your visitors, your customers or your content, and our Security page explains everything we keep.

We decide what each release contains and when it is published, and a release reaches a seat or site only while it has updates, as its product's license says.

Support is not part of any license and is offered separately.

Every AWWO^® product is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, fitness for a particular purpose included, as far as the law allows.

You are responsible for your server, for keeping backups of your sites and their databases, and for keeping every key and signature of yours safe.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from an AWWO^® product or its use.

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the seats and updates concerned in the twelve months before the claim, and nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.

You may end it at any time by removing the product from every install or site and releasing their seats, and we may end it, or suspend your seats, if you break these terms or a product's license.

Once it ends, you stop using the product and remove it from your servers.

We may update these terms and the licenses of our products, the version in force is always the one published here, and using a product after a change means you accept it.

These terms and every AWWO^® license are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
