These features will not work, unless you activate the section. Use the 'checkbox' next to the section title, and then hit the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom to activate. 'These functions are currently resting in peace. Please use the checkbox for activation.' message confirms that no actual code is running in the background. This feature enables administrators to block login or registration attempts based on specific IP addresses. By manually adding multiple IPs to the block list, you can prevent unauthorized access and protect your website from potential security threats. This is particularly relevant for sites that experience frequent attempts at unauthorized logins, spam registrations, or other malicious activities. Implementing IP-based blocking helps maintain the integrity of your user base, enhances overall site security, and provides peace of mind by ensuring that only legitimate users can access your site.
